1.  How long are shipping times?

Your products will typically ship within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10 to 20 days for items to arrive at your doorstep.

2.  What is your return policy?

If your product qualifies for a return as set out in the return policy please contact us for a full refund. In the interest of a greener planet, we prefer to issue a full refund rather than shipping the product back to us. Just tell us what is wrong and send along a picture and we will issue a refund in full. Then, if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

3.  Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified for each individual item. Sometimes the product gets shipped before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel the order but still receive it then do one of two things, donate it or enjoy it.

4.  What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order such as the wrong size, wrong color, defective or not exactly what you wanted then simply notify us and we’ll give you a full refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

5.  Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll send you a new one.
